1. Scope

The Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via the Løren Resturant As website, referred here as “lorengrill.no.  Løren Resturant As reserves the right to update, change or modify these terms and conditions. 

If any changes are made, the revised terms and conditions will be posted on this website immediately. The date of updating, changing or modifying these terms and conditions will be noted in the top of this page. 

The Terms and Conditions at the time of carrying the order shall apply. Please check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes we make, as they are binding on you.

2. Product Information and Price

Product and price information is available on our website. All prices are shown in Norwegian kroner and include VAT. In the Shopping Cart you see the total price, including all taxes.

3. Allergens 

We mark all the dishes with ingredients and allergens. Please contact us if you have questions regarding allergens in more detail.

4. Payment

The seller can demand payment for the item from the time it is sent from the seller to the buyer. If the buyer uses a credit card/debit card or Vipps when paying, the seller can reserve the purchase price on the card when ordering. The card will be charged when ordering.

5. Order tracking

When you carry out your order, you could select “Pickup later”. For the case of  “Pickup later”, you could select a specific time to pick up your order. We will prepare food available to you to fit your pickup time.

Once your order is completed and payment has been accepted, you could also track or check your order directly in the website.

6. Home delivery

Currently, we DO NOT provide “Home Delivery” service, which deliver your ordered food to your provided address; however, we will consider it in the future. Please check here again in the future when  the “Home Delivery” service is available.

7. Cancellation

As a customer, you have the right to cancel the order. If you want to cancel the order, you must contact us directly by phone, and you must do so within a reasonable time after you have ordered.

8. Privacy, security, and personal information

In connection with the order, you agree that we store and use your information. We do this to fulfill our obligations to you. We process personal data according to the Personal Data Act. We also document all communication we have with you via e-mail, in order to offer the service that you expect from us.
